Discover Delaware: Brandywine Creek State Park
Activity: Hiking
Status: OPEN

Another Discover Delaware Series adventure. This time we travel to Brandywine Creek State Park near Wilmington. This beautiful park was once the dairy farm of the DuPont family. It is nestled around the Brandywine Creek valley and is remarkably hilly for an area most think is very flat. The 9.5 mile series of three loops will take us up and down the 400 foot ridges three times. Dinner after in Newark.
