Join us on an excursion to Colorado! As if ripped by a gigantic claw, the Colorado Rocky Mountains are cleaved with thousands of basins, clefts and aretes -- a nirvana for adventure skiers. Soaring peaks, plunging valleys, lakes, streams, rivers.... These awe-inspiring surroundings bounded roughly by Rocky Mountain National Park, and the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests will be our recreational venue for this trip. From our base camp in the Winter Park area, we will ski daily at differing locales (6-10 miles). Intermediate skiing ability required. Approx. cost: $2250 incl. airfare (from Boston or NYC - slight difference from other cities), breakfasts and dinners, transportation and entrance fees.
