Join us to hike up to Lonesome Lake and build snow shelters. We are very in-expert but have enthusiasm and a little experience. We will try to build powder houses, drift houses, and an igloo. We will not spend the night in our shelters. Sunday we will hike up to North Kinsman and maybe South Kinsman as well. Must have snowshoes, a very warm sleeping bag for the hut, crampons if you will come to the Kinsmans and good winter gear including winter boots. Summer boots or work boots are not acceptable. Total cost (hut, share of food, and $5 to the club) is $50.
