Hike/snowshoe/ski 10 miles, from Arlington West Wardsboro Road to Stratton Mountain, and returning via Stratton Pond. Depending on conditions, we will use snowshoes to ascend Stratton Mtn. and descend to Stratton Pond, carrying the skis (5.9 miles) on our packs, and then ski out to Arlington West Wardsboro Road. Vertical rise to Stratton is approx. 1600 feet. Number of participants limited to 8. Please register by Dec. 24.
