Haycock Mountain Traverse
Activity: Hiking
Status: OPEN

We will summit both peaks of Haycock Mountain in Upper Bucks County. Approximately half of the distance will be off-trail. Distance is short but terrain is rugged and challenging. Highlights include a boulder field of "ringable" rocks and extensive rock formations at the peaks. Plan for muddy trails, off-trail hiking, boulder scrambling, and navigating by compass. Sturdy boots, arm, durable clothing, food and water required. Compass recommended. Small hammer for 'ringing' rocks optional. Group size limited. Contact leader for information.
