Explore the meandering flatwater of the Charles River upstream of Route 27. Visit South End Pond and then back downstream to Route 27. Need own canoe/kayak, PFD and paddle. Prompt launch at 6 p.m. Bring snacks, water, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug repelant, hat. 4-5 miles. Rain cancels. Limited to 6 boats.
