Nature & Nurture! This leisurely afternoon "hike" is especially for kids under the age of 5 and their parents/caregivers. We will meet at 2:00 at the footbridge to the C&O Canal below the parking area along MacArther Blvd across from Old Angler's Inn. We will plan to walk about 2-3 miles north along the Canal Towpath with breaks as needed. Little ones of all abilities welcome. If your child is not yet walking, feel free to bring them in a baby carrier or all-terrain stroller as the trail is somewhat bumpy. Rain cancels with a rain date of July 31st, same time and place.
